PhotoFun Terms of Use
By downloading, accessing, or using PhotoFun, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
PhotoFun is a photo viewing app with a liquid-mirror loupe and optional immersive modes. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country (at least 13, or the higher age required where you live).
3. Your photos
- You keep ownership of your photos.
- Photos are processed on your device to display effects.
- You are responsible for having rights to any photo you open or export.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use PhotoFun unlawfully, abuse the service, or circumvent ads, consent, or security controls.
5. Ads and tracking
PhotoFun may show Google AdMob ads. Third parties (including Google) may use advertising identifiers to serve ads. Personalized ads require consent where required (iOS ATT, Android ads personalization settings, and UMP where applicable). See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers & liability
PhotoFun is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or photos arising from your use of PhotoFun.
